Exchange Square Shortlisted for the 2023 RIBA London Awards

Exchange Square is among the ‘bumper crop’ of projects shortlisted for this year’s RIBA London Awards.

British Land appointed Maylim as Principal Contractor for the 1.5-acre Exchange Square public realm designed by DSDHA. The project demonstrates the public realm’s crucial role in establishing a new identity for a landscape, creating a truly mixed-use and creative environment.

Exchange Square provides four times more green space designed to enhance the well-being of those that work and live locally. The extensive soft landscaping scheme is designed to encourage biodiversity and provide a versatile and sustainable outdoor space to be enjoyed all year around.

With the shortlist confirmed, the RIBA assessment will begin. Judges will visit each project, and all regional award winners will be announced later this spring.
