Works Begin at South Quay Plaza Phase 4

Following the successful delivery of Phases 1 – 3, Maylim has secured the contract for South Quay Plaza Phase 4.

Located in Canary Wharf, South Quay Plaza is a residential-led development by Berkeley Homes. With 2.6 acres of landscape designed by HTA Design LLP, the scheme creates much-needed open space, significantly revitalising the dockside.

Maylim will lead the construction of this new section of the public realm. The Scope of Work for Phase 4 includes design, supply and installation. The project team will deliver the hard and soft landscaping package for the ground floor and terraces.

The team has commenced work on-site with the project due to be completed in early 2024.
