Maylim Wins External Works Contract for 40 Leadenhall
London’s iconic skyline is undergoing a dramatic change with the upcoming 40 Leadenhall project. Approved as one of the largest developments in the City, this 34-storey skyscraper will be the newest addition to London’s insurance district.
Designed by Make Architects, the structure draws inspiration from early 20th-century North American skyscrapers. The unique staggered design allows the building to blend with the surrounding architecture whilst protecting views of St Paul’s Cathedral.
Maylim is delighted to be contracted to complete the ground-level external works for the 40 Leadenhall project. The scope of works encompasses hard landscaping, drainage and tree planting.
The project team are due to commence on-site in October, with an expected completion in Spring 2024.
