Lancer Square Wins Principal Award at BALI Awards 2022

Maylim entered the Lancer Square project into the Residential Roof Garden or Podium Landscaping – Over £250k category. We are thrilled that the project was announced as a Principal Award winner at the annual BALI National Landscape Awards held on Friday, 2nd December.

Principal Contractor Mace appointed Maylim to complete the landscaping package for the scheme. Located in the heart of Kensington, the garden square presents a picturesque communal green space inspired by the area’s heritage.

Designed by Scape Design Associates, the podium garden comprises an exciting planting scheme with mature trees to create a well-established landscape. Raised planters and seating areas overlook the central water feature and lawn area.
