Maylim Begin Works at Triptych Bankside, 185 Park Street

Located on the site of the former National Grid headquarters on London’s Bankside, works at Triptych are now well underway. This brand-new mixed development by Sons & Co consists of 163 apartments, office space, retail units space and a landscaped thoroughfare.

The hard and soft landscaping elements for the public realm include: paving build ups, drainage, slot drains, granite paving, raised planters and bespoke water feature. Benches, cycle stands and bollards will be installed as as well as feature lighting and a beautiful soft landscaping scheme. The project team will also be completing 278 and roadworks.

Maylim has recently commenced works on the first phase of the project, with phase two set to begin in 2022.
