Works at Nine Elms Parkside Underway

Nine Elms Parkside forms part of the 894 build-to-rent schemes on Plots B and D. Parkside is Greystar development where Maylim is working under a JCT Design and Build sub-contract for Telford Homes. The project will see a number of podium and terrace landscapes designed by Camlins delivered for the benefit of residents.

The Parkside project is a mixture of residential, retail and commercial units and consists of two plots:

Plot B: 3 interconnecting blocks B1 at 18 at storeys, B2 at 13 storeys and B3 at 11 storeys.

Plot D: 3 interconnecting blocks D1 at 18 at storeys, D2 at 13 storeys and D3 at 11 storeys.

The development comprises various commercial spaces and amenity areas including restaurant and retail spaces, a screening room, offices, gyms, dog wash, large terraces areas, horticulture garden, swimming pools and large courtyard landscaped areas which include external kitchens, BBQs, irrigation pool deck, sunken terrace and open air shower.
