375 Kensington High Street

The final phase of this sought-after development on Kensington High Street is now complete for St Edward’s flagship development.

Overview

Maylim were awarded phases 1-4 of this hard and soft landscaping project, with work commencing in 2013. Offering luxury apartments and duplexes, 375 Kensington is set around an immaculately landscaped courtyard inspired by London’s traditional garden squares.

Our remit involved the full design elements and development as well as the build-ups over the podium and the adoptable road that was constructed in partnership with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The landscaping design was based around low level planting using locally sourced plants and mature trees. Box headed trees were set in raised stone planters, with a formal and ambient water feature situated at the heart of the garden.
