Triptych Bankside Landscape Scheme Complete

Maylim is pleased to announce the completion of the Triptych Bankside landscape scheme. Working with the architectural team Squire and Partners and ME Landscape Studio, the landscaping complements the design and functionality of the new development.

Triptych Bankside, commissioned by JTRE, consists of three towers which sit between some of London’s most iconic landmarks. The project sits on a prime island site, with Park Street, Emerson Street, and Sumner Street bordering it. As a mixed-use development, it offers a combination of residential and commercial office spaces with ground-floor retail units.

As the landscaping contractor, Maylim played a crucial role in the delivery of the public realm. Inspired by the ebb and flow of the River Thames, it complements the bold architecture of the buildings. It is a space where people can relax, enjoy the surroundings and experience the vibrant atmosphere of Bankside.

Maylim’s scope of work included groundworks, drainage, and hard landscaping. The scheme also boasts a bespoke lighting scheme and water feature to enhance the outdoor space. The Maylim team also completed the soft landscaping package. This incorporates raised lawned areas, trees, and shrubs that contribute to the green space at Triptych Bankside.
