Works Get Underway at 4 Handyside Street (S1) in King’s Cross

As part of Maylim’s continued involvement in the King’s Cross Central Masterplan, we have commenced works at 4 Handyside Street (S1). We have been contracted to complete the external works for Argent.

Maylim are completing public realm works to the perimeter of the building. This will include excavation, drainage, utilities, reinforced concrete pavement build ups and surface water drainage. The paving scheme will be a continuation of the King’s Cross granite sett mix. Reclaimed setts will be used for the tree pit surfacing; where 4 new trees will be planted as part of the soft landscaping scheme.
