Maylim Awarded King’s Cross P2 Hard Landscaping Contract

Maylim has been appointed as the hard landscaping contractor for P2 in King’s Cross. P2 is a mixed-use scheme and a vital part of the King’s Cross Central masterplan for client Argent. This new addition to the neighbourhood will contain a 600-seat theatre, over 200,000ft² of office space, and new retail opportunities.

With works due to commence in February 2021, Maylim will install new kerb lines and Yorkstone paving to three elevations. The overall paving scheme is an extension of the iconic Cubitt Square. Complementing the existing public realm, our team will use the same mixture of granite setts to tie into the surrounding landscape.

Upon completion later this year, P2 will house new offices for Facebook. The south side of the ground floor will provide retail space, creating an expansion of Coal Drops Yard.
