Greenford Quay Receives Top Marks by Considerate Constructors Scheme

Maylim’s Greenford Quay Phase 1A team has been awarded the perfect score of 45/45 by the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS). As Principal Contractor at Greystar’s Greenford Quay development, the team has scored full marks across all Codes of Considerate Practice.

The CCS scheme helps Maylim benchmark projects and set objectives in line with the codes of considerate practice. The scheme has also engaged colleagues, encouraging innovative ideas and solutions.

Throughout the duration of the project, the Greenford Quay team has been significantly involved in several community and charity initiatives. These have included volunteer days for the canal river trust and fundraising activities.
