A ‘Supreme’ Win for Maylim at the Pro Landscaper Podium Awards 2021

Maylim is delighted to be named as not only the winner of the ‘Residential’ category but also coming out on top, with the ultimate prize of Supreme Winner with our entry for One Crown Place.

Pro Landscaper has announced the winners of this year’s Podium Awards, sponsored by Bourne Amenity. The ceremony was hosted at the ExCeL London as part of the FutureScape event. Podiums are one of the fastest growing trends in the landscaping sector. Because of this, Pro Landscaper wanted to recognise those who have built, designed or supplied beautiful landscapes above ground.

One Crown Place is a new mixed-use development located where Shoreditch meets the City of London. Working for Principal Contractor Mace, Maylim commenced work on the scheme in September 2020. Since its completion in May 2021 the landscape, designed by LDA Design, has been maintained well and is healthy and flourishing.

The judges commented: ‘The quality of the finish, the balanced design, a landscape that allows the building to connect with the stunning views creating a wonderful scheme that brings together people and nature. Maylim has brought the vision of the podium alive, and the quality of the installation fully supports this fantastic development’
