Greenford Quay Phase 2 Receives Practical Completion

Maylim has received practical completion at Greenford Quay Phase 2 for Greystar. Following the successful delivery of our BALI Principal Award-winning first phase of works in 2020, works on phase two commenced at the start of this year.

Working closely with landscape architect HTA Design LLP, the Maylim team was responsible for the full design and build. Thanks to the continuation of key features and planting schemes, the landscape blends seamlessly with the first phase of the public realm, Tillerman’s Court.

Maylim’s scope of works included hard landscaping and s278 works, the installation of a bespoke lighting scheme, WiFi security access and CCTV systems, street furniture, way-finding, a children’s playground and a dog park.

Over 40 trees and 1,000m2 of biodiverse planting complete the scheme’s soft landscaping, introducing more greenery to the canal-side development.
