One Crown Place Shortlisted for Pro Landscaper Podium Awards 2021

Maylim is pleased to announce that One Crown Place has been shortlisted at the Pro Landscaper Podium Awards 2021. The project has been shortlisted for the Residential award category.

The Pro Landscaper Podium Awards were created to celebrate excellence in podium landscaping and design. The awards recognise the work of those involved in creating landscapes above ground level.

One Crown Place is located on the border of Shoreditch and City of London. It is a mixed-use development that combines both old and new architecture to create a new vibrant and exciting destination.

Working for Principal Contractor Mace, Maylim commenced work on the project in September 2020. The landscape for the scheme was designed by LDA Design. Working in close collaboration with the Client and Landscape Architect’s design teams, Maylim delivered the external works package for the courtyard and level 7 resident’s rooftop garden. After receiving practical completion in May 2021, One Crown Place welcomed its first residents in the summer.

As first time entrants to the Podium Awards, we are looking forward to seeing the ultimate winners revealed. The awards ceremony, sponsored by Bourne Amenity, will take place on 17th November 2021 at this year’s FutureScape.
