Vista, Chelsea Bridge

Overlooking Battersea Park with views of Chelsea Bridge, Vista is a new state of the art development of luxury apartments and extensive outdoor landscaping.

Overview

Maylim were contracted by Berkeley Homes to build and create a bespoke outdoor space for the exclusive development, matching the same high specifications of the properties. With two separate courtyard spaces as well as balcony areas, the work at Vista is extensive and diverse.

Our remit included completing both the hard and soft landscaping works, granite planks were used to pave and clad throughout and sunken gardens were built. Many elements were added to the external areas including bespoke street furniture, stylish bistro dining sets and cycle stands for the residents use.

A large jet water feature set in granite is the star of the gardens and alongside the children’s playground in the opposite garden provides a perfect community atmosphere for the new neighbourhood. Terraced spaces are finished with small trees, plants and shrubs. The turfed areas are lined with mature trees and flower beds filled with seasonal plants to add warmth to the architecture and blend with the tranquil surroundings of Battersea Park.

Work on the remainder of the project at Vista continues through 2017…
