Transformation of Regent’s Place Public Realm Underway

Regent's Place Public Realm CGI

Following the successful delivery of 1 Triton Square in 2021, the transformation of the remainder of the Regent’s Place public realm is now well underway.

Located in the London Borough of Camden, Regent’s Place is a 13-acre, fully managed campus by British Land. Home to a mix of retail, leisure and public spaces, it is a popular spot for residents and workers.

The new public realm, designed by Townshend Landscape Architects, will increase the size of the plaza, improve accessibility, provide additional walkways, and create new places to meet and socialise.

Bespoke timber pavilions create unique semi-sheltered seating areas, designed for groups to enjoy. The soft landscaping scheme introduces extra greenery and widespread planting; creating a natural environment to encourage a sense of wellbeing. Regent’s Place will also be home to London’s largest living wall; bringing the space to life and working to reduce air pollution and improve biodiversity.
