Maylim Continues Integral Role at King’s Cross Masterplan

Maylim is proud to announce the recent completion of several key projects as part of the ongoing King’s Cross Masterplan for Argent. Completed works include the successful delivery of One Keskidee Square (S3), Cadence (S5), and 180 York Way (W Zone).

Continuing this momentum, the Maylim team remains at King’s Cross. The project team is currently working on a number of exciting schemes, including R8, Capella (S4), York Way, and Gatti Park. These projects are integral to the district’s evolution, introducing vibrant new spaces for the community and visitors to enjoy.

In the coming months, Maylim will also commence work on Chilton Square. This project will feature hard and soft landscaping, creating a dynamic new public space and play area.
