Overview

The development consists of 56 high-end apartments, leisure facilities and beautifully landscaped gardens for residents to enjoy. Maylim was contracted by Multiplex to complete the landscaping scheme for the project.

Hard landscaping works involved the installation of stone paving and stone setts to the courtyard garden, private terraces and outdoor dining area. Other elements included; reinforced block walls, curved steps and access ramp, stainless-steel handrails and balustrading, integrated lighting to landscaped areas, as well as the installation of drainage and irrigation systems.

The upper terrace features a stone fire table constructed with stone cladding, a concrete table top, stone plinth, void former, reinforced concrete, burner and bowl. The landscape design also incorporates two water features. The first has a square upstand mirror feature with a spill edge and at the opposite end of the garden, a rectangular feature with two spouts and two spill edges.

The luscious planting scheme includes a mixture of mature trees, hedges, ferns, grasses and perennials. Decorative laser cut panels provide a beautiful backdrop to the planting and perimeters of the gardens.

Maylim remit on this project also included 278 works, as well as landscaping to the perimeters of the building and show gardens.
